How to transfer pdf to iPhone without iTunes
1. Download ifunbox.
2. Use the Copy from PC button to browse for the pdfs and copy to the iphone's ibooks directory under 'private/var/mobile/media/books'.
3. Open iFiles (purchase from Cydia) and navigate to the abovementioned directory. iFiles will give you the option to open the pdf using iBooks. From thereon, the pdf will always be displayed on the iBooks bookshelf. No need to go through iTunes.

thanks a lot . It works 100%.
ReplyDeleteDoes this work with iPhone 4S?? I tried to follow the above procedure.. but there is no such 'private/var/mobile/media/books' directory structure.. Please help.. Thanks in advance!
ReplyDeleteI don't have a 4S and can't tell you whether there is a difference. Your iPhone 4S needs to be jail broken for this to work.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip! Now I can transfer PDF to my iPhone at ease.
ReplyDeleteConnect iPhone or iPad with computer, and start FonePas iOS Transfer, it will give you the option to import and transfer the PDF to devices.
